Pelakon, Zul Arrifin berkongsi foto-foto ‘training’ yang dimulakan awal minggu ini bagi mendapatkan kembali tubuh badan sadonya itu.

Kisahnya, Zul mengakui bahawa disebabkan kesibukan kerja, dia tidak begitu menjaga pemakanan dan sering ‘skip’ untuk berlatih di gim namun itu semua bakal berubah apabila dia kini kembali mengamalkan insentif ‘training’ bagi mendapatkan kembali tubuh badan terdahulunya.

“After a year of working, not eating right-junk food, bad food (a lot of it obviously), not sleeping right, skipping the gym, wasting my time and all of that, there is no one to blame but myself.

“But all of that stop today. Today is the first day of the start of my training, 2-3 times a day, everyday, over the next couple of month.

“Yes, I’ve got a couple of projects lined up but it is not really about that. It is about getting myself ready and being always ready for whatever comes, becoming healthier and doing what I enjoy.
