“Selalu Ingatkan Diri Untuk Bersyukur,” – Sudah 2 Bulan Jadi Ibu, Sheila Amzah Kongsi Rasa

Beberapa hari lalu, penyanyi Shila Amzah ada berkongsi pengalaman dan perasaan setelah hampir dua bulan bergelar ibu.

Shila atau nama sebenarnya Nurshahila Amzah memaklumkan, dia mengalami perubahan bahagian perutnya selepas mengubah diet permakanan.

“I saw kak mynn’s post this morning, terus rasa nak makan pasta.. Then I remembered I have quorn sausages kat freezer. thanks kak mynn sbb bg idea @salam3benua

“Btw, Yesterday I went to the studio with farouk and Amy, my energy level wasn’t as high. Sleep deprivation is affecting my body, besides that, me and haris just recently changed our diet to meatless diet.

“Macam meat withdrawal pun ada.. And I notice that my core muscle, dia macam pindah tempat more towards my lower abdomen which is not greatttt… Is this normal? I don’t know.

“Mommy’s pouch? Yes it’s still there even after 7 weeks of csection.

“That’s why me and haris decided to change our diet because, we don’t really have much time to exercise like we used to.. And we were very active when I was pregnant, walking everywhere, lots of swimming.

“Honestly, I think we gained weight after we had seth hahaha but it’s okay, yang penting ada will to change,” tulisnya.

Di samping itu, penyanyi lagu Tiada Dirimu akui untuk menjadi seorang ibu bukanlah suatu perkara mudah.

“Takpe la, ini semua pengorbanan demi cinta To all parents out there, especially new ones like us… Bertabah lah, me and haris are lucky as our work are quite flexible, tapi kalau yang kerja 9 to 5 tu.. Idk man, it must’ve been super hard for you..

“Sebab tu kita selalu ingat kan diri utk bersyukur banyak2.. Kalau kita rasa susah atau challenging, banyak lagi org yang lebih susah. Panjang pulak caption hari ni

“P/s: Semalam nak pergi kerja, tinggalkan seth.. I took me like 15 minutes tengok dia je.. Tidur pula, takleh nak gomol.. Lagi2 lepas check up hari tu rupanya dia dah 5.2kg,belum 2 months lagi ye.. I don’t think I can leave seth and haris bila travel,” jelas Shila.

Untuk rekod, Shila telah mendirikan rumah tangga bersama Haris Idraki Elias pada 19 April 2018.

Selepas itu, pasangan ini telah dikurniakan seorang cahaya mata lelaki bernama Seth Uwais, pada 31 Ogos yang lalu.
